Our take
The concept is excellent: it is effectively a rugged touring phone, Hema navigator and push-to-talk radio rolled into one. If you already live comfortably in Android, it makes a lot of sense. If you are more used to iPhone, expect a short learning curve while you get familiar with the Android side of things — but once it is set up, having maps, phone connectivity and PTT in the same device is genuinely handy.
HEMA 4WD Maps may require a separate purchase or subscription depending on the mapping package selected.
